Read Carefully:

  • $50 Non-Refundable Application Fee per applicant 18 or older

  • In the State of Texas each applicant 18 or older must complete a separate rental application.

  • Primary applicant will be prompted at the end to invite all other occupants and/or guarantor.

  • Bridgeman Property Management LLC Does Not Rent Homes Sight Unseen.

  • You are required to visit the listed residence in person before applying.

  • Pet profile is required - your application will not be processed without this.

  • Do not use Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge Browsers. (Please use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.)

Please have the following items ready before applying:

  • Residence History/Landlord Info: Name, phone, email

  • Employment History: Name, Contact, Start Date, Salary

  • Dependent Information

  • Emergency Contact Information

  • Vehicle Information: Make, Model, License Plate #

  • Realtor Information: Name, Phone, Email, and Company

HAVE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS READY TO UPLOAD WHEN APPLYING:

  • Government issued photo I.D.

  • Two (2) months of Pay Stubs or Income Verification

  • Picture of each pet that will occupy property (if applicable)

  • Current Vet Records (if applicable)

Brokers policy: When applying for a property you will have to commence the lease within 2 weeks of being approved. If the property is not available within 2 weeks, then the lease will commence on the date it is first available. Please note that Bridgeman Property Management LLC is closed on the weekends and holidays. We request that you select a move in date that is during regular business times in order for us to better assist you.
